Konstas v. Autorité de réseau métropolitain (Exo) and Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain (ARTM)

On April 1^st, 2020, the Superior Court of Quebec authorized Mr. Spiros Konstas to initiate a class action against le Réseau de transport métropolitain (Exo) and l’Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain (ARTM), due to commuter train delays and cancellations on the Deux-Montagnes and Mascouche lines between November 1, 2017 and February 28, 2018.

The group is defined as:

All persons who paid for an Exo transit fare to travel on the Deux-Montagnes or Mascouche train lines at any time between November 1, 2017 and February 28, 2018.

On April 30, 2025, the parties signed an agreement in principle to settle the class action.

The agreement will be submitted to the Superior Court of Quebec for approval on August 14, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., in Room 15.08.

Please note that you have until August 14, 2025 to oppose the proposed settlement.
Any opposition must be presented to the Court in Room 15.08 during the approval hearing, either in person or virtually.
